At E-Bike Premier, we want you to ride with complete confidence. If your new electric bike doesn't meet your performance expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the E-Bike
Ensure the bike is clean and packed securely in its original manufacturer packaging, including the battery, charger, keys, and toolkit.
Schedule a Pickup
Due to the size and battery classification of our e-bikes, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the package from your location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the bike is in like-new condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
